A towering human mercenary and monster hunter who frequently wanders the Verdant Shard. Rangar chose his own name because his childhood identity was permanently lost after cultists abducted him and used Inferno Clan demonic material in experiments meant to reproduce demonic abilities inside a human body. He survived, but power comes with a brutal cost: pushing the altered abilities too far causes muscular tearing, vascular trauma, internal bleeding, and cumulative damage. That is why Rangar fights tactically, relies on his Damascus longsword and alchemical tonics first, and treats his enhanced lightning and demonic output as a last resort.
